Changes in HR policies after Covid-19 in India
As we know that today we are facing a big problem in way of corona virus due to which Indian economy is in crisis and we will face the recession in future.
So to avoid such crisis in future thereshould be some changes in the HR policies of the company.
- The company should be prepared to face such problems in future and for that they should cut the fixed amount from the salary of the employees per month and reserve that amount for the future so that if in case such condition like Covid-19 arise; they can pay salary to the employees from that collected amount.
- As company ask employees to fill the agreement form at the time of recruitment; in similar way employees can also ask the company to sign the agreement for their job security so that company won’t ask the employees to leave the organization in difficult times.
