After Effect Of COVID-19

In India’s perspective.

Covid-19 which has been accepted as the pandemic by WHO and It is gradually impacting the entire human civilization not only in terms of number of life It has taken so far but the impact It is about to leave. It has brought down the entire world’s economy and the economic development curve is gradually moving towards the recession. We can bifurcate, It’s impact on the basis of following points after assuming that this pandemic will continue for some long time:

Economic Impact It has majorly impacted some of the world’s biggest economy and most of them has been locked down. As the mass population has been quarantined consequently some businesses which are completely dependent on mass population like restaurants, amusement parks, fitness clubs etc. and the other businesses which cannot be run without direct human intervention or presence has stopped working which has hindered the flow of money in the market.

The expenses have also been confined to the essential commodities only which is also impacting the distribution of money in the market. Lack of business activity is also bringing several organizations towards bankruptcy moreover due to the decrease in the flow of money in the market, the purchasing capacity of individuals has also come down which will affect many sectors across the globe which will further leads to the increase in unemployment or the decrease in job creation which will be the harbinger of poverty and morbid growth rate.

Social Impact As the job creation will slow down or the unemployment will go high. It will majorly affect those who are daily wagers, the economic disruption will further lead to the increase in the crime rate.

Financial deficit and disruption in overall growth rate As some organization or sectors will cease to work or exist, It will reduce the amount of annual tax collection. Government will also have to take some measure in order to revive the economy which will divert the government expenses from the usual flow towards the developmental projects and eventually it will affect the growth rate.

Threat for the financial institutions The organizations which would have been working on credit will majorly affect the financial institution because their bankruptcy will be ultimately bringing bankruptcy for the financial institution.

Opportunity for leftist and power hunger groups Our country is gradually coming into the influence of Intellectuals who are the follower of Mao zedong, Karl Marx, Vladimir lenin and Joseph Stalin etc. They are the people who wants to overthrow the government by the means of violence and they are determined to store communalism in our country. There are also number of groups in our country who are waiting for the opportunity to occupy the power and this economic disruption will provide them a space to mislead the mass population and to use the unemployed youths for fulfilling their aspirations.

The Solution or rather remedies As the situation, we are talking about has not come yet hence there are remedies available in order to avoid this unfortunate situations. Everyone will have to contribute in order to regain momentum once again from government to bureaucrats to citizens. Let’s talk about every aspect:

Government As we have seen that this Covid-19 is about to bring financial instability, non-uniform distribution of money and lack of flow of money in the market. Hence, the government can take measures accordingly.

1). Government will have to reduce repo rate so that banks could issue loan at the low interest rate and the flow of money in the market can be resumed.

2). The world has accepted the fact that the Covid-19 was not a accident but It was the pre-planned use of biological weapon. The data obtained from various countries about the number of victims and deaths, is apparently showing  the China as the outlier. As the target was world’s economy or the China’s dream to become world power hence Indian government can make the use of this opportunity and can bring many multinational companies into India after improving the index of ease of doing business. The upcoming curse of unemployment can be turned into the blessings.

3). Government also needs to affirm their grip toward the anti-national elements who always seek out for the opportunity to tarnish India’s global image.

4). Government should also try to extend all possible remedies to the businesses who will be struggling to survive in the future, government can form a committee or the cell dedicated for the rejuvenation of such organization.

5).In terms of administration, India has the beautiful amalgamation of unitary and federal form of government which is far better than the communist form of governance and in terms of stability also former one is ahead. India should also provide some leverage in their norms of FDI, which will certainly lure the companies from across the globe.

6). Last but not least, government should make sure that there should not be any interruption in the flow of money in the market or their attempt to rejuvenate the economy will fail. Government can also use their exchaquer in order to extend their support to the people living near the poverty line.

Bureaucrats Government can only form schemes and can take appropriate decision but their execution lies in the hand of bureaucrats and other government officials. Hence, in this rainy time, they should make sure whether the implementation part is being carried out properly or not. They will have to leave all their personal gains for some time and also will have to make sure that no one is trying to have any form illicit gain.

Citizens It is our own country hence It is our responsibility to take care of it. There are groups of people who are indulged in some illegal profit making methods like black marketing. Owners of public distribution centers are trying to gain as much profit as possible. A nation is nothing but it is mere the piece of land, we are the people who are responsible for everything whether it is the progress or retrogress. Citizens will have to be honest, sincere and hardworking in order to reach the place where we deserve to be. Our struggle will certainly pay back.

If there is no struggle then there is no progress
